By using HomeDecode.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What HomeDecode.in does

HomeDecode.in is a discovery platform. It lists local businesses across India so customers can find and contact them directly. We are not a party to any deal, booking, purchase, rental or payment between a customer and a business, and we do not provide the listed products or services ourselves.

2. For customers

• Listing information is supplied by business owners. Confirm prices, quality, documents, licences and terms directly with the business before paying.
• For property, land, finance, jobs and business opportunities, independently verify ownership, approvals and risks before any payment or decision.
• Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience. Abusive, fake or misleading reviews may be removed.

3. For business owners

• You must be authorised to list the business, and all details, photos, prices and offers must be accurate and lawful.
• Businesses that need a licence or registration (for example food, medical, property, finance or professional services) must hold it and provide it on request.
• We may review, edit for format, pause or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, duplicated or that break the law or these terms.
• You are responsible for responding to customer enquiries and for the products and services you provide.

4. Paid plans and promotions

• Paid plans and promotion packages give extra visibility features as described on the plans page at the time of purchase. They do not guarantee a number of enquiries, sales or a search-engine ranking.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellations and refunds: you may stop renewing a plan at any time. If a paid feature could not be activated because of a fault on our side, contact support@homedecode.in within 7 days of payment and we will activate it or refund the amount. Plans that have been activated are otherwise non-refundable. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days.

5. Acceptable use

Do not post illegal, fraudulent, hateful or adult content; copy or collect data from the website by automated means; attempt to access accounts or areas you are not authorised to use; or interfere with the website's security or operation.

6. Content and intellectual property

Business owners keep ownership of content they upload but allow HomeDecode.in to display it on the website and in promotion of the listing. The HomeDecode.in name, design and software belong to us.

7. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, HomeDecode.in is not liable for losses arising from dealings between customers and businesses, from listing information supplied by others, or from temporary unavailability of the website.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction. Questions: support@homedecode.in. See also our privacy policy.
